SERVO-FLO® 605 -
VARIABLE RATIO
This variable-ratio, positive rod
displacement, 2-Component meter-mix
dispense system uses dual
independent-drive servo motors to
accurately meter materials on ratio.
The meter, control panel and operator
interface are enclosed. The ratio is
adjusted in the operator interface
control panel.
The system dispenses shots or beads and the
dispense speed can be varied throughout
the dispense cycle to provide a
variable flow rate. The meter
system is designed for low to high
viscosity materials, can be fed by pump
or tanks and dispenses precision shot
volumes or bead profiles.
