Robotic Dispensing Systems / Automated Dispensing Systems for Adhesives, Sealants & more.
Robotic Dispensing Systems: Sealant Equipment & Engineering provides fully operational robotic dispensing systems in two engineering formats: |

6-Axis Robot and Manual Load Fixture System |
- Manual load and unload robotic dispensing fixtures. We design a manually operated robotic dispensing station with fixture, tooling, a 6-axis or XYZ robot and our meter-dispense system applying an adhesive, sealant or lubricant on your part.
- Fully integrated robotic dispensing systems. In this format we receive the customers robots and integrate our meter-dispense system for automation line builders and provide:
- Standard and custom tooling design and manufacturing
- Dress-out design and assembly for fluid and electric lines
- Complete bead-path programming of all customer parts
- Wet out systems for production performance analysis
- Cpk analysis of all dispensing systems prior to shipment
- Run-off of all customer parts prior to shipment
- Production start-up, sign-off and technical training

6-Axis Robots |
 |
| 1-STATION ROBOT DISPENSING CELL |
The operator loads the part onto the single fixed-position part fixture, exits the light curtain and actuates the Dispense Start push button.
The 6-axis robot moves from the purge position and begins the dispense cycle. During the cycle, if the light curtain is broken the robot motion immediately stops.
At the end of the dispense cycle the robot returns to the purge position, the operator removes the dispensed part and loads a new part.

 |
| 2-STATION ROBOT DISPENSING CELL |
The operator loads the part onto the sliding part fixture, then pushes the part fixture under the screen to the dispense station.
The operator actuates the 2-hand sensors, the system senses fixture and part in place and the dispense cycle starts.
When dispense is complete the operator pulls the fixture back, unloads the dispensed part and loads a new part. A second part fixture then moves into position for a different dispense cycle.

| 6-STATION ROBOT DISPENSING CELL |
Up to 3 operators are able to manually load and unload parts for this single robot dispensing cell with 6 different dispensing stations.
The operator loads the part onto the sliding part fixture, then pushes the part fixture under the screen to the dispense station. The system senses fixture and part in place and the dispense cycle starts.
After dispense is complete the operator pulls the fixture back, unloads the part and loads a new part.

Robot Integration |
 |
| ROBOTIC DISPENSING SYSTEM INTEGRATION |
Sealant Equipment will integrate end user robots with any of our adhesive or sealant dispensing systems for a completely dressed out and programmed assembly.
We will:
- Design and manufacture end of arm tooling
- Design and manufacture components for dress-out
- Assemble all tooling, hoses, cables and tubing
- Ensure maximum life of all moving components
- Program all bead paths for each part
- Wet-out, run-off and verification test each robot
- Ship the ready to dispense robot systems to you
