SEALANT EQUIPMENT'S SEE-SPRAY®
299 PAINT SYSTEM CUTS WASTE,
INCREASES SAFETY
Sealant Equipment & Engineering Inc.'s See-Spray® 299 (patent
pending) is designed to eliminate manual handling of paint
components, reduce waste and emissions, and increase
productivity by automatically metering, mixing and spraying
three-component water-based, urethane- or epoxy-based paints
or primers.
Portable and self-contained, the See-Spray
system features three variable-ratio meter cylinders designed
to be independently adjusted; virtually any mix ratio can be
achieved with precision. Because one of the paint/coating
components is deionized water, the convenient adjustment
allows users to control the thickness of the mixed
paint/coating depending on the application environment.
The system includes all controls, specially
modified stainless steel pressure tanks for the three material
components and a stainless steel flush pump for cleaning the
mixed material from the mixer and hoses. Every part of the
See-Spray system is designed to reduce handling, maximize
productivity and minimize clean-up waste.
Air-powered (for safety), See-Spray can
supply multiple guns with 75-foot (or longer) hoses for
simultaneous or individual use. All wetted parts of the system
are corrosion-resistant stainless steel or electroless nickel
plated (for use with different materials).
See-Spray's positive displacement meter
cylinders provide reliable, trouble-free operation backed by a
two-year warranty. Designed for mobility, the self-contained
system is mounted on a heavy-duty cart with drip tray, large
wheels, an all-position handle and safety guards.
