Sealant Equipment & Engineering Inc.'s See-Flo IPD Integrated Pneumatic Dispense System is designed to spray or stream high viscosity single-component mastics or sealers in automated or robotic applications.

 Engineered for use with a broad range of material types and viscosities, Sealant's See-Flo IPD system reliably dispenses extremely high volumes of adhesive in a controlled yet variable spray pattern. The system is temperature-conditioned to insure consistent material viscosity and allow the IPD's variable drive assembly to maintain proper tip pressure.

See-Flo IPD systems utilize the production-proven technology of rod displacement metering and incorporate positive-displacement metering cylinders with Sealant's quick-change seal cartridge design. This modular cartridge extends seal life and promotes ease of maintenance.

The See-Flo IPD system includes an integrated pneumatic drive. This insures that material is dispensed at a constant flow rate in conjunction with the robot's tool tip speed. The integrated pneumatic drive also enables the robot to control the flow rate and pressure of the material being applied.
