SEE-FLO� 7 IS IDEAL FOR FILTER END-CAP APPLICATIONS The SEE-FLO� 7, Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc.'s most versatile meter/mix/dispense system, is ideal for processing polyurethanes and epoxies used to fill molds for filter end caps. The user-friendly SEE-FLO 7 system readily fits into the filter manufacturer's production routine because of its many unique features and adaptability to changing requirements. The SEE-FLO� 7's adjustable ratio feature allows manufacturers to change and verify the mix ratio quickly and exactly. By varying the mix ratio, end caps of different hardnesses can be molded. This flexibility is an important asset-and cost saver-to filter producers. The system's adaptability extends to dispense modes. It can be operated continuously-on an operator's command to manually fill-or dispense a predetermined amount or "shot" of mixed material. This operation versatility in ratio setting and in dispense flow style makes it suitable for many production runs. The SEE-FLO� 7 can be operated manually or integrated into an automated workcell.
