PROGRAM-A-SHOT 997^TM:(Now Servo-Flo 105) DUAL SERVO PROGRAMMABLE METER / MIX / DISPENSE MACHINE. Sealant Equipment & Engineering Inc.'s Program-A-Shot 997TM meter/mix/dispense system is ideal for high-volume, automated dispensing for precisely controlling quantities of a two-component material such as silicone, epoxy or poly urethane for potting, bonding, casting, molding or encapsulation applications All three variables (mix ratio, shot size and flow rate) can be electronically pre programmed to match the exact application requirements. For example, a bar-code reader identifies the style of part to be processed on an automated assembly line. The Program-A-Shot 997 receives a request to dispense and will then automatically start metering/mixing and dispensing the material. Each part receives the exact amount of material at the specified ratio and the required flow rate upon demand.
