PROGRAM-A-BEAD^® 995 FORMED-IN-PLACE BEAD DISPENSE SYSTEM Program-A-Bead® 995, from Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc., dispenses precision beads of two-component silicone for formed-in-place silicone gaskets. A single-component Program-A-Bead meter/mix/dispense system is also available. A flexible, reliable meter/mix/dispense system, Program-A-Bead® 995 is typically used in conjunction with automation. It is designed to dispense two-component flexible silicone at variable flow rates to form foamed-in-place gaskets. The variable flow rate is controlled by the servo drive; input to this drive allows it to speed up or slow down, thereby varying the dispensing rate. Because the servo drives can be independently varied, the silicone mix ratio can also be changed to produce different foam pattern silicone beads.
