PLYMOUTH, MI -- The new Mobile See-Flo® 202 meter system is a cart mounted positive-displacement meter-mix dispensing system designed to apply precision beads and small metered shots of precisely mixed resins such as epoxies, acrylics, urethanes and silicones. It is used in various 2-component bonding, gasketing, potting and sealing applications in manual, automated, indexing and robotic processes.
The self-contained mobile system includes supply tanks or pumps, the See-Flo 202 meter and a manual or automatic mix-dispense valve for manual or automated material application. The mobility feature allows the complete dispenser to move to the next product assembly area instead of moving the products to the dispensing system. The mobile cart design improves production rates, product quality and reduces manufacturing costs in many dispensing applications.
The See-Flo 202 air-over-oil drive adjustable drive motor provides consistent and repeatable bead profiles and metered shot sizes. The volume is easily and quickly changed to dispense other volume sizes for different part configurations. The operator control panel is simple to operate and accepts dispensing commands from the dispense valve or automation panel.
The See-Flo 202 system includes a manual or automatic mix-dispense valve with seals matched to the dispense fluid and designed for long life in high-cycle dispensing applications. Its disposable No-Flush™ motionless mixers dispense virtually all two-component materials. |
