INTEGRATED METERING & TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM ENSURES PRECISE, AUTOMATED DISPENSING Sealant Equipment & Engineering Inc.'s Integrated Metering Temperature Control System ensures that robot-applied, single-component sealants or plastisols are applied at a controlled flow rate and preset temperature. Designed for integration into robotic work cell, the system controls the material temperature and dispenses the material at variable flow rates according to commands from the servo drive. The Integrated Metering & Temperature Control System is fully automated for production applications. Sealant Equipment's control system communicates with the robot so that the tool tip speed and dispense rate are coordinated. Systems are also available for two-component resin systems.

We offer basic air operated manual dispensing systems up through robotic applied dispensing systems with touch screen operator interface control. We also integrate and pre-program your dispensing system on our floor with XYZ automation or robotic process equipment.
