1200-623-002 MATERIAL REGULATOR ENSURES PRECISE PRESSURE AND FLOW-RATE CONTROL Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc.'s Material Regulator Model 1200-623-002 regulates the flow of any pumpable material when a single pump supplies multiple applicators. Effective with a broad range of material types and viscosities, the Material Regulator handles lubricants, grease, mastics, epoxy, polyurethane, adhesives, sealants, acrylics and paint. The Regulator maintains a constant, adjustable back-pressure of downstream material and eliminates variable-flow-rate surges often generated form a transfer-pump supply source. The Material Regulator is designed to provide low-cost manual or robotic dispensing. Installed ahead of the dispense gun, it ensures stable pressure regardless of the dispense gun's distance from the pump.
