The AirDraulic Shot Meter advantages include reliable fixed-ratio metering and mechanically-adjusted shot volume control. The simple operator control panel allows manual or automatic operation.
The Shot-A-Matic® is a one-component rod displacement shot meter system for use in automated or manual dispensing applications. Its low cost design dispenses precise shot volumes of low to high viscosity materials such as heat cure PVCs. The meter system has a pneumatic drive cylinder, manually adjusted ‘hard stop’ shot controls and clean cut-off dispense valves to dispense the exact volume up to 650 cc’s and is supplied by pumps or pressure tanks.
