SERVO-FLO^® - GEAR METER

The Servo-Flo Gear Meter is a continuous flow servo motor driven pump specifically designed for precision metering and dispensing of medium to high viscosity materials.

This meter system is typically used for dispensing 1-component silicones and urethanes for gasketing applications. The servo motor accurately sets the flow rate and is variable along the bead path.

The Servo-Flo Gear Meter does not require reloading at the end of the dispense cycle and provides a variety of different flow rates for varying part styles and volumes.
