PROGRAM-A-BEAD^® 3

This Servo motor driven 1-component positive rod displacement meter system is designed to dispense precise beads of medium to high viscosity mastic materials.

The Program-A-Bead 3 is used in high speed robotic and automation production applications, requiring robot interface, variable flow rates, precision beads, low maintenance and long life. Various volume ranges are available.

This system, which material supply pumps, temperature control and dispense valve, provides accurate and repeatable profile beads for applications such as body panel adhesive, structural bonding, hem flange and body panel reinforcement.

SERVO-FLO^® 502

The Servo-Flo 502 is a positive-displacement, single-component, single-acting shot meter designed to produce a controlled flow of 1-component materials.

This high volume meter has a small foot print and is sized to meet the application requirements. The Servo-Flo 502 is supplied by high volume pumps and precisely meters the material to the selected dispense valve for precision dispensing.

No-Drip, Snuf-Bak and Tip-Seal dispense valves, sized for the application, are available for automatic and manual backup dispensing operations. Automatic valves can be robot or pedestal mounted.
