SERVO-FLO^® 105 - VARIABLE RATIO

This variable-ratio, positive rod displacement, meter-mix dispense system has dual independent-drive servo motors to accurately meter materials on ratio. Ratio is adjusted in the operator interface panel.

The system dispenses precision volumetric shots or bead profiles. The flow rate can be varied on-ratio during the dispense cycle to accommodate different shot flows, bead diameters and tip speeds.

The meter accepts low to high viscosity materials and can be supply pumps or pressure tanks. The meter and control panel are individually floor stand mounted or on a common portable cart.

SERVO-FLO^® 995 - GEAR METERING

This adjustable ratio, meter-mix dispense system is ideal for precision bead applications such as silicone formed-in-place (FIP) gasket applications, to replace die-cut gaskets.

Servo-Flo 995 dispense systems are base-plate mounted and have an infinitely adjustable ratio using servo driven, positive displacement gear pump meters for precisely controlling the dispense volume and pre-set mix ratios.

Ideal for low to medium viscosity materials, the material supply is tank or pump fed and the dispense valve selection is either No-Drip or Snuf-Bak with No-Flush disposable mixers.
