SERVO-FLO^® 605 - VARIABLE RATIO

This variable-ratio, positive rod displacement, 2-Component meter-mix dispense system uses dual independant-drive servo motors to accurately meter materials on ratio.

The ratio is adjusted in the operator interface control panel. The system dispenses shots or beads and the dispense speed can be varied throughout the dispense cycle to provide a variable flow rate.

The meter system is designed for low to high viscosity materials, can be fed by pumps or pressure tanks and dispenses precision shot volumes or bead profiles.

SERVO-FLO^® 704 - GEAR METERING

Totally enclosed and designed for automated production, the Servo-Flo 704 is designed for continuous production dispensing with automation interface capabilities.

This Servo-motor driven 2-component gear pump metering system is ideal for high precision applications for controlling the output volume and mix ratio of the material. Ideal for low to medium viscosity materials, the material supply is pressure tank or pump fed.

This meter-mix dispense system is capable of dispensing precise shotvolumes or varying bead profiles throughout the dispensing process.
