Meter is ideal for accurately dispensing volumes of material up
to 110 cc per shot with precision repeatability.
This economical meter is Servo motor driven
and is automation controlled or manually operated. The positive
rod displacement meter design greatly improves dispense volume
accuracy compared to other metering methods.
The Servo-Flo 305 meter is easily mounted a
fixed position, gantry or robot application.
These Servo series Micro-Meter 1 positive
rod displacement meters dispense volumes in the range of 0.01
cc’s up to 3.6 cc’s. They dispense single beads, stitched
beads or specific shot sizes. The flow rate can be adjusted during the
dispense cycle for multiple bead profiles or shot volumes.
This servo motor driven meter dispenses a
broad range of 1-component materials such as epoxy, silicone,
urethane, sealants, grease and lubricants with very low to very
high viscosities and abrasive fillers.
The dispense valve can be meter mounted
or remote mounted for various automation requirements.
This Micro-Meter 1 series positive
displacement meter dispenses consistently sized shots of 1-component
materials ranging in volume from 0.01 cc through 2.0 cc’s.
The pneumatic micrometer adjustment allows fast, lockable settings.

rod displacement meter package is designed for fixed head, XYZ motion
or robot automation dispensing of low to medium viscosity materials.
The meter can be supplied by cartridges,
pressure tanks or supply pumps and is easily integrated into
automated production applications with an optional PLC control.
