SERVO-FLO^® 105 - Variable Ratio, Dual Servo Drive

This variable-ratio, positive rod displacement, meter-mix dispense system has dual independent-drive servo motors to accurately meter materials on ratio. Ratio is adjusted in the operator interface.

The system dispenses precision volumetric shots or bead profiles. The flow rate can be varied on-ratio during the dispense cycle to accommodate different shot flows, bead diameters and tip speeds.

The meter accepts low to high viscosity materials and can be supply pump fed or pressure tank fed. The meter and control panel are individually floor stand mounted or on a common portable cart.

SERVO-FLO^® 605 - Variable Ratio, Dual Servo Drive

This variable-ratio, positive rod displacement, 2-Component meter-mix dispense system uses dual independent-drive servo motors to accurately meter materials on ratio. The meter, control panel and operator interface are enclosed. The ratio is adjusted in the operator interface control panel.

The system dispenses shots or beads and the dispense speed can be varied throughout the dispense cycle to provide a variable flow rate. The meter system is designed for low to high viscosity materials, can be fed by pump or tanks and dispenses precision shot volumes or bead profiles.

SERVO-FLO^® 608 - Variable Ratio, Dual Servo Drive

This variable-ratio, positive rod displacement, meter-mix dispense system has dual independent-drive servo motors to adjust or select various material ratios. The positive rod displacement meter dispenses on both the up and down stroke which eliminates the meter reload cycle.

The system dispenses precision volumetric shots or bead profiles. The flow rate can be varied on-ratio during the dispense cycle to accommodate different flow rates, bead diameters and tip speeds.

The meter accepts low to high viscosity materials and can be supply pump or pressure tank fed. The meter and control panel are individually floor mounted or combined on a portable cart with the supply.

SERVO-FLO^® 302 - Fixed Ratio, Servo Drive

Totally enclosed and designed for automated production, the SERVO-FLO 302 is a Servo-motor powered fixed ratio, positive rod displacement 2-part meter mix dispense system.

This unit can be tank fed or pump fed and is capable of dispensing precise volumes or precision bead profiles.

The dispense rate can be varied throughout the dispensing process to provide varying bead sizes or variable flow. Ideal for low to medium viscosity materials.

SERVO-FLO^® 505 - Fixed Ratio, Servo Drive

Meter mix dispense and robotically apply uniform beads of two component structural bonding materials directly to metal and plastic automotive panels (i.e. doors, hoods, decks).

A servo motor with internal reduction drive and positive displacement pistons are interfaced with the robot controller to dispense the specific bead diameter throughout the adhesive pattern.

A light weight SNUF-BAK two component dispense valve with disposable NO-FLUSH static mixer nozzle blends the materials at the point of application.

PROGRAM-A-BEAD^® 692 - Fixed Ratio, Servo Drive

Meter mix dispense and robotically apply uniform beads of two component structural bonding materials directly to metal and plastic automotive panels (i.e. doors, hoods, decks).

This production proven meter mix dispense system is well suited for applying uniform beads of two component structural bonding adhesives.

AirDraulic driven (air over oil) positive displacement metering rods meter the adhesive in exact proportions and dispense at a preset constant flow rate. Meter systems are either floor or cart mounted.

See-Flo 494 has a volume capacity of 9.4 cu. in. at 1:1 ratio. The meter can be supply pump fed or pressure tank fed. The meter and control panel are on a common floor stand or portable cart.

SERVO-FLO^® 488 - Fixed Ratio, Servo Drive

Servo-Flo 488 has a volume capacity of 85.5 cu. in. at a 1:1 ratio. This positive rod displacement meter-mix dispense system applies a precise bead or shot of medium to high viscosity materials.  The Servo Motor drive provides precise flow rates and dispense volumes and is either floor or cart mounted.

The meter can be supply pump fed or pressure tank fed. The meter and control panel are on a common floor stand or portable cart and supplied with Snuf-Bak or No-Drip dispense valves.

SEE-FLO^® 488 - Fixed Ratio, Air-Oil Drive

This positive rod displacement meter-mix dispense system applies a precise bead or shot of medium to high viscosity materials. The AirDraulic™ air-over-oil drive provides consistent flow rates and is either floor or cart mounted.

See-Flo 488 has a volume capacity of 85.5 cu. in. at a 1:1 ratio. The meter can be supply pump fed or pressure tank fed. The meter and control panel are on a common floor stand or portable cart and supplied with Snuf-Bak or No-Drip dispense valves.

SEE-FLO^® 690 - Fixed Ratio, Air-Oil or Pneumatic Drive

When a meter mix dispense application calls for applying precise beads or shots of difficult to handle abrasive or high viscosity materials, the SEE-FLO 690 is the machine of choice.

Features include carbide valving and hardened piston rods that never touch (scrub) the cylinder walls. It is powered by a pneumatic or AirDraulic cylinder for precise shot or flow control throughout the dispense cycle.

Low cost, disposable NO-FLUSH mixer nozzles and SNUF-BAK dispense valves can be remote mounted for automated operations. May be pump or tank fed.

SEE-FLO^® 387 - Fixed Ratio, Air-Oil Drive

Rugged and simple to operate, this machine is a bench top, air powered meter mix dispense system for applying precise measured 'shots' of two component low viscosity materials.

The SEE-FLO 387 is ideal for production potting, encapsulating, bonding, or lab type applications.

The AirDraulic™ drive delivers a smooth, pulse free mixed material flow rate.

The volumetric shot size is controlled by the stroke length of the positive displacement metering pistons.

Its mechanical hard-stop ensures extremely accurate shot size repeatability.

SERVO-FLO^® 801-HV - Fixed Ratio, Servo Drive

The Servo-Flo 801 and 801-HV meters use a Servo-Motor to accurately dispense small micro-shots of 2-component materials. This compact design incorporates the positive displacement metering and static mixing into one assembly for mounting at the point of application. The mix-dispense valve may be meter or remote mounted.

The lightweight meter construction, carbide valves and remote PLC control is ideal for robotic and XYZ motion dispensing systems.

Servo-Flo 801 range is 0.02cc-7.2cc at 1:1ratio.

Servo-Flo 801-HV range is 0.02-18cc at 1:1 ratio.

SEE-FLO^® 7- Variable Ratio, Pneumatic Drive

Adjustable ratio, two component meter mix dispense system. Recommended for dispensing low to medium viscosity materials.

Double acting metering cylinders allow continuous, on demand flow or metered 'volumetric shots' of mixed materials with no reload delay between parts.

Many industrial products are processed with this production proven machine. This air powered, positive displacement, double acting meter mix dispense system is well suited for dispensing metered ‘shots’ or operator controlled quantities of low to medium viscosity material through a NO-FLUSH disposable static mixer.

Floor, cart, or pail top mounted, the SEE-FLO 582 is modular and adapted to a wide range of production applications.

Similar to the standard system, the SEE-FLO 582-HV is configured for dispensing high viscosity adhesives, sealants, and molding materials.

SEE-FLO^® 981 - Fixed Ratio, Pneumatic Drive

The high volume See-Flo 981 Foamer is the most effective way to meter-mix and dispense 2-part silicone RTV foam for fire-sealing cable, conduit and piping penetrations in fire-rated walls, floors and roofs.

The air-operated 981 Foamer meters the A and B components continually at a fixed 1:1 mix ratio by volume. Two (2) positive displacement, double-acting balanced metering cylinders are capable of dispensing up to 13 pounds of foam per minute.

SERVO-FLO^® 704 - Variable Ratio, Dual Servo

The Servo-Flo 704 meter mix dispense gear meter system is totally enclosed and designed for automated production with controls interface requirements.

The Servo-Flo 704 is a Servo-motor driven 2-component gear pump metering system ideal for high precision applications for precisely controlling the output volume and mix ratio of the material.

This unit can be tank fed or pump fed and is capable of dispensing precise shot volumes or precision bead profiles.

SEE-FLO^® 995 - Variable Ratio, Dual Servo

PROGRAM-A-BEAD^® 995

This dual gear, independent drive meter is ideal for continuous flow dispensing coupled with an easy to use operator interface. The control allows you to adjust the dispense flow rate, change the volumetric mix ratio of the A and B materials and vary the flow rate.

See-Flo 995 is used in continuous flow applications including Film Laminating and Coating. Program-A-Bead 995 is used in precision volume applications including Composite Processes, Molding, Encapsulation, Urethane Foam Dispensing, Gasketing and Adhesive Bonding.

SEE-FLO^® 990-G / 990-B - Variable Ratio, Electric Drive

The See-Flo 990 continuous flow 2-component meter mix dispense systems are well suited for applying low to medium viscosity resins for structural bonding or similar applications.

With this continuous flow design there is no reload cycle which allows lengthy beads and fast production rates.

Series 990-G is a gear-drive model and series 990-B is a belt-drive model.

SEE-FLO^® 1100 - Fixed Ratio, Supply Driven

The See-Flo 1100 fixed-ratio meter mix dispense system is designed to dispense high viscosity 2-component adhesives, and structural bonding materials.

The floor mounted system typically includes 55 and/or 5 gallon pumps. System controls are available without material heating or with material heating (shown).

The dispensing portion utilizes an automatic 2-component
No-Drip or Snuf-Bak dispense valve with an available manual handle and trigger assembly. No-Flush disposable mixers are provided and sized to the application.

SEE-SPRAY™ 299 - Variable Ratio, 3-Component Meter

Plural 3 Component Water Based Paint/Coating System.

The SEE-SPRAY 299 meter mix dispense system is designed to automatically mix and spray three component urethane or epoxy based CARC paint or paint primers.

The system is variable ratio for precise ratio adjustments.
