SERVO-FLO™ 608 - Variable Ratio, Dual Servo
This variable-ratio, positive rod displacement, meter-mix dispense system has dual
independent-drive servo motors to adjust or select various material ratios. The positive
rod displacement meter dispenses on both the up and down stroke which eliminates the meter
reload cycle.
The system dispenses precision volumetric shots or bead profiles. The flow rate can be varied on-ratio during the dispense cycle to accommodate different flow rates, bead diameters and tip speeds.
The meter accepts low to high viscosity materials and can be supply pump or pressure tank fed. The meter and control panel are individually floor mounted or combined on a portable cart with the supply.
